Shipping & Returns

Policy effective January 1, 2022

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied, please refer to the return policy below.

Returns: If the return meets all criteria stated below, a store credit (Root96 E-Giftcard) will be issued ONLY - we do not refund to the original form of payment. Please allow 7 days for your return to be processed.

  • Returns must be delivered back to us within 14 days from the date your order was delivered to you. *One exception - see next bullet*
  • Bodysuits can be returned only if you contact us within 3 days of delivery.
  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Returns must be in original condition meaning unworn and original tags attached.
  • Jewelry, leggings, bralettes, accessories and similar items are FINAL SALE.
  • All sale items are FINAL SALE.

How to request a return: 

1) Email support@root96boutique.com and include your order number, items you wish to return and reason.

2) We will respond within 48 hours and let you know if the return has been approved.

3) Once approved, ship items via USPS to 2009 88th Ave W. Rock Island Illinois 61201

  • Include your packing slip

Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges. If you return a product, an E-Giftcard will be issued. From there, you can place a new order for the item you wish to exchange. The reason for this is because we cannot guarantee the item/size you want to exchange for will be in stock. 

Damaged Items: All items are thoroughly inspected when they arrive to our warehouse and again before they ship out to you. If you receive a damaged item (not due to shipment) or received the wrong item, contact us within 3 business days at support@root96boutique.com.

All promo codes MUST be entered during checkout. We cannot modify or cancel orders once they have been placed. We work hard to make sure orders ship out as soon as possible so please ensure all information is correct before you check out. 

Root96 Boutique is not responsible for shipping delays that result after the item has shipped. Root96 Boutique is not responsible for lost packages or packages that were damaged in transit. If either of these happen, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly.
